Chilli Rich is going to the BIG SMOKE for a couple of events this month:- London Whitecross Market (Barbican) Sat 7th and Sun 8th of July - Rich will be in attendance and demo-ing on each day.
Gordon Ramsay’s F-Word FINAL @ CLARIDGE'S June 2007 - Following a request for his products, Chilli Rich is now off to the F-Word.
- The Royal (Cheshire Show) 19th and 20th June - Chilli Rich will be demo-ing on both days
- Cuerden Valley Park Charity Fund Raising Event Sat 23rd June - Chilli Rich will be there with BBC Radio Lancashire

May in BriefThe Chilliman’s Cookbook DVD
Rich’s first DVD was published this month with a little help from his friends at Baker Media (the TV company who filmed him for ITV1). Sales have been good with some feedback from the majors – watch this space.
New Lancashire TV Channel
Chilli Rich has been recruited as a presenter for this new TV channel coming soon, and we were out filming footage with the guys from Viva TV this week.
Preston Farmers Market
The first Preston farmers market was a raving success with a whopping 20,000 attendance. This was obviously due to the fact that Chilli Rich performed an extreme cooking demo along with compare and anchor: Michelin Chef Leigh Myers. link |

History
Chilli Rich couldn’t find the chillies he wanted to cook with in the 1990’s so he grew some from seeds he found, and it has all snowballed since then:
He filled the windowsills > so he got a greenhouse > filled the greenhouse > got a polytunnel > filled the polytunnel, and, well - you get the principle!

….we are told that our latest and BIGGEST glass acquisition on the Lancashire coast now makes us THE COUNTRY’S LARGEST HYDROPONIC CHILLI GROWER.

The Little Green Man obviously, and if you have never met him (or should we say been exposed to Little Green rays of Light!) – he is a font of chilli information and the Chilli Cooking DVD will be peppered (if you’ll forgive the pun!) with intriguing titbits, oh, and some funny and entirely useless anecdotes – to boot!
